All designs must be digitized for embroidery prior to production. If your design has not already been digitized, additional time and a digitizing fee will apply. Turnaround time will begin once the digitized file is completed and approved. For best results, please provide a high-quality logo or clear design details when submitting your order.

All embroidery designs must be converted into a stitch-ready format through a process called digitizing. This is a one-time setup required to ensure your design stitches out clean, precise, and professional.

Once your design has been digitized, it will be saved on file for future use, making reorders simple and more cost-effective.
