Custom Graduation Fans
Because all of our items are handmade and/or made to order, each product is created specifically for the customer. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
We ask that customers carefully review all order details before submitting their purchase, including:
- Names
- Dates
- Colors
- Sizes
- Custom wording
- Photos
- Design selections
- Shipping information
Once an order has been approved and production has begun, changes may be limited or may result in additional fees.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue so we can review and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for errors submitted or approved by the customer
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier
- We are not responsible for minor variations that may occur due to the handmade nature of our products
- Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, printing materials, and product surfaces

General Care Instructions:
- Keep item away from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight for extended periods
- Handle gently to avoid bending, tearing, scratching, or damage to decorative details
- Store in a clean, dry place when not in use
- Avoid placing heavy objects on top of custom paper or cardstock items
- Keep away from water and wet surfaces unless otherwise stated
For Cardstock or Paper Items:
- Do not bend or fold unless designed to do so
- Keep dry at all times
- Handle by edges when possible to maintain appearance
- Use for decorative or light celebratory purposes only
For Keepsake and Display Items:
- Best used for display, events, and memory tables
- Not intended for rough handling or long-term outdoor exposure
- Store flat or upright in a protected space after use
Because many of our items are handcrafted, slight differences may occur, making each piece unique.
