Because all of our items are handmade and/or made to order, each product is created specifically for the customer. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
We ask that customers carefully review all order details before submitting their purchase, including:
- Names
- Dates
- Colors
- Sizes
- Custom wording
- Photos
- Design selections
- Shipping information
Once an order has been approved and production has begun, changes may be limited or may result in additional fees.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue so we can review and work toward a reasonable resolution.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your sublimated item, please follow these care guidelines:
- Machine wash inside out using cold water
- Use mild detergent only (avoid bleach and harsh chemicals)
- Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results
- Do not iron directly on the design
- Avoid dry cleaning
- Do not use fabric softeners, as they may affect the print over time
